NAME AND SEAT
"Libra" Ltd. Company with its seat in Dzierżoniów began its business activity in December of 2000. At the beginning it was collecting specialist equipment and establishing high qualified team for Research and Development, who were to develop the formulas of "Libra" ’s future products.
Having obtained certain knowledge and development in the turn of July and August of 2002 the company was moved to modern designed building within the economic area of Dzierżoniów. Then, the first production line started.
We began by manufacturing of wood adhesives, after certain period of time products were extended since then and improved for satisfaction of our clients.
LEGAL STATUS
"Libra" is a limited liability Company registered currently in the District Court in Wrocław No. 0000123486 of the National Court Registry.
SCOPE OF ACTIVITY AND PRODUCTS
There are two factory floors in “Libra” Ltd. Company where adhesives with large scope of application are manufactured. In one of them there are production junctions used for manufacturing of water dispersion based adhesives of polyvinyl acetate, acrylic copolymer and polyurethane adhesives. The adhesives are manufactured in technologically advanced mixers of various adhesiveness and density range. These are the products for special applications: for parquet floors, PCV covering, carpets, ceramic tiles, foamed polystyrene, cork and adhesives used in furniture industry.
The production is conducted in periodical process. Individual materials are proportioned automatically from storage containers and added by production operators.
In another factory floor there are junctions of solvent adhesives. These mixers are equipped with devices that can operate in explosive conditions. Rubber adhesives for wood flooring, mounting, upholstery adhesives, mirror adhesives and solvent primers are manufactured there. There are also semi-technical mixers located in this floor, which are used to do testing of newly introduced adhesives. The first mixer was installed in July of 2002.
HUMAN RESOURCES
In the Company there are employed management, technical, administrative and production workers.
The workers have required qualifications and license such as: energetic, telpher operation, (operators of production machines), forklift truck operators (storage workers).
"Libra" Ltd. Company manages specialized technology for adhesive manufacturing, which is under constant technical supervision and which is regularly modernized.
The company maintains cooperation with verified and reliable Suppliers of the materials used in the production, and each delivery is checked in terms of quantity and quality.
CLIENTS
The clients for whom we have produced our products are not explicitly large companies and specialized wholesale companies but also small businessmen. Our products are sold to our domestic, as well as foreign markets. We export them, among others to: Ukraine, Romania and Croatia.
"Libra" Ltd. Company has been developed dynamically, which results in constant increase of sales and the extension of goods range, for the past years of its business activity.
