Quality Policy of "LIBRA" Ltd. company.

The scope of "Libra" Ltd. Company is designing and production of products used for gluing and sealing processes, which meet the needs and demands of our present and future Clients.

We promise to monitor and increase our Clients’ satisfaction and establish mutual principles of cooperation with our Clients as well as with our Suppliers;
We implement new products and modify the already existed ones, taking the Clients’ demands and binding legal regulations into consideration;
Our products are always consistent with declared quality parameters and binding standards.

We achieve it by:

mplementation and advancement of the Quality Management System, which is consistent with ISO 9001 standard;
monitoring the evaluation of Clients’ satisfaction and undertaking the activity for its improvement;
a high standard of Client service, meaning, reliable and prompt delivery of ordered products and support the Client in resolving their technical problems regarding the application of our products;
market condition analysis and quality level of the competitive products;
to start cooperation with the Suppliers who guarantee stable and optimum quality of delivered materials and services;
periodical evaluation of efficiency of the adopted policy, as well as entire Quality Management System;
continuous supervision of the processes conducted in our Company;
appropriate selection of the staff and improvement of vocational qualifications of the staff members.
